Welcome to Clean100 (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and cleaning services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

Clean100 is a cleaning service provider based in Montreal, Quebec. We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including scheduling, recurring services, and coordination with staff or subcontractors.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your province

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

  • Agree to comply with these Terms and applicable laws

3. Services Provided

Our Services include:

  • Residential and commercial cleaning

  • One-time and recurring cleaning appointments

  • Move-in / move-out cleaning

  • Deep cleaning and specialized services

  • Scheduling and service management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

4. Bookings and Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to provide personal information or create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your information up to date

  • Be responsible for all bookings made under your name

We are not liable for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed terms at booking

  • We may use third-party payment processors

  • Prices may vary depending on service type, duration, and property condition

  • Late payments or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension

We are not responsible for bank errors, declined transactions, or additional fees charged by financial institutions.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate service details and access to the property at the scheduled time

  • Ensure a safe working environment for cleaning staff

  • Secure valuables and fragile items prior to service

  • Inform us of any specific requirements or hazards

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in cancellation or additional charges.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within a reasonable notice period

  • Late cancellations may be subject to fees

  • Missed appointments (no access provided) may be charged in full

Specific cancellation terms may be communicated at the time of booking.

8. Subcontractors and Staff

We may use employees or subcontractors to deliver services.

  • All personnel are expected to meet our quality standards

  • Clean100 is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control

  • Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported promptly

9. Damage and Liability

While we take care to provide high-quality service:

  • Any damage must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after service

  • Liability is limited to direct damages caused by our staff during service

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly secured items

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for illegal or harmful purposes

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Interfere with service delivery or staff safety

  • Engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff

Violations may result in refusal of service or termination of future bookings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Clean100 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes

  • Service results may vary depending on property condition and other factors

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clean100, its owner, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms

  • Misuse of the Services

  • Unsafe conditions at the service location

13. Service Interruptions

We do not guarantee that Services will be free from delays or interruptions. We are not liable for issues caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Access restrictions

  • Third-party service failures

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable Canadian federal laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates take effect upon posting, and the Effective Date will be revised accordingly.
