To access certain features, you may be required to provide personal information or create an account. You agree to:

Keep your information up to date
Be responsible for all bookings made under your name
We are not liable for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
Payments must be made according to the agreed terms at booking
We may use third-party payment processors
Prices may vary depending on service type, duration, and property condition
Late payments or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension
We are not responsible for bank errors, declined transactions, or additional fees charged by financial institutions.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate service details and access to the property at the scheduled time
Ensure a safe working environment for cleaning staff
Secure valuables and fragile items prior to service
Inform us of any specific requirements or hazards
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in cancellation or additional charges.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made within a reasonable notice period
Late cancellations may be subject to fees
Missed appointments (no access provided) may be charged in full
Specific cancellation terms may be communicated at the time of booking.
We may use employees or subcontractors to deliver services.
All personnel are expected to meet our quality standards
Clean100 is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control
Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported promptly
While we take care to provide high-quality service:
Any damage must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after service
Liability is limited to direct damages caused by our staff during service
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or improperly secured items
You agree not to:
Use our Services for illegal or harmful purposes
Provide false or misleading information
Interfere with service delivery or staff safety
Engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff
Violations may result in refusal of service or termination of future bookings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Clean100 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes
Service results may vary depending on property condition and other factors
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clean100, its owner, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Misuse of the Services
Unsafe conditions at the service location
We do not guarantee that Services will be free from delays or interruptions. We are not liable for issues caused by:
Weather conditions
Access restrictions
Third-party service failures
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable Canadian federal laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates take effect upon posting, and the Effective Date will be revised accordingly.
